Whimsical, sweet, and spicy Haunted Pumpkin Patch Margarita. Sweet spiced pumpkin butter, apple cider, tequila, and orange liquor are all mixed together to create an autumn-inspired spicy, sweet pumpkin margarita. Rim your glasses in spicy cinnamon sugar, and top each drink off with ginger beer, to create a magical fall cocktail that everyone will love!

  • 1-2 tablespoons pumpkin butter
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1/2 ounce orange liquor
  • ginger beer, for topping

Cinni Sugar Rim

  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • pomegranate juice, for the rim


  • On a small plate, mix the coarse sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne. Dip the rim of the glass into a thin layer of pomegranate juice. Then dip the glass into the sugar mix.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Combine the pumpkin butter, apple cider, tequila, and orange liquor in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine, then fill with ice and shake 1 minute. Pour into your prepared glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and a sprinkle of the cinni sugar mix.

To Make a Mocktail: omit the tequila and orange liquor. Use 2 additional tablespoons of apple cider or sparkling apple cider and mix with 1 tablespoon of orange juice.
