Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the marinade all over the beef steak, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 2
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
