The Goblet of Fire cocktail. Inspired by the Harry Potter series. This incredibly simple cocktail is nothing short of delicious. It’s the perfect moody drink to serve up this Halloween…or anytime you’re in need of a good Harry Potter cocktail.



Prep Time: 5 minutes 
Total Time: 5 minutes 
Servings: 1 drink



Ingredients

  • 6 blackberries
  • 2 ounces gold rum (bourbon works too)
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (optional)
  • splash of 151 proof rum (mine was spiced)

Instructions

  • Combine the blackberries, rum, bitters, honey, and rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Muddle, squishing the berries to release the juices. Add ice and shake to combine.
  • Strain into a goblet or wine glass. Top with a splash of 151 proof spiced rum. Then using a lighter, light the drink on fire. You can sprinkle with cinnamon to ignite sparks.
  • Blow the flame out, then add a cube of ice to chill. Drink!
