Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the sea bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 2

Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then season them generously with salt and black pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and fresh basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside to let the flavors meld while you prepare the Parmesan cream sauce.

Step 4

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir constantly until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 5

Plate each baked sea bass fillet. Spoon the fresh tomato cubes over the fish. Drizzle the Parmesan cream sauce generously over the top. Garnish with additional fresh basil, if desired.
