Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Savoy cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. large peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked and cut into four pieces
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 4 Savoy cabbage leaves, blanched

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to dissolve.

Step 2

Toss cabbage leaves with dressing. Fold in shrimp, dill, and chives.

Step 3

Spoon into blanched cabbage leaves and roll up.
