Ingredients
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Savoy cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. large peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked and cut into four pieces
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 4 Savoy cabbage leaves, blanched
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to dissolve.Step 2
Toss cabbage leaves with dressing. Fold in shrimp, dill, and chives.Step 3
