Old Saint Nick’s Chocolate Espresso Martini. A festive martini to celebrate both Christmas and the New Year. Shake up classic espresso martini ingredients of vodka, Kahlúa, and a shot of espresso with a shot of both chocolate and dark chocolate liquor.

Ingredients

• chocolate sauce, for drizzling (optional)

• 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) vodka

• 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Kahlúa

• 1 ounce espresso

• 1 1/2 ounces chocolate liquor

• 1 ounce dark chocolate liquor

• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

• shaved chocolate and star anise, for serving (optional)

Instructions

• If desired, rim your glass with chocolate fudge sauce.

• In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, chocolate liquor, dark chocolate liquor, and vanilla. Add ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate and star anise, if desired.
